This web site (the "Web Site") is owned and operated by Wholesale Travel Association, LLC, hereafter referred to as WTA, doing business as The Riu Outlet and RiuOutlet.com. For purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the words "you", "your", "passenger" and "cardholder" refer to each person who books or otherwise purchases or receives goods and services arranged through Wholesale Travel Association LLC. The words "The Riu Outlet", “RiuOutlet.com”, “WTA”, “Wholesale Travel Association”, "our", "us", and "we" refer to Wholesale Travel Association ,LLC, its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, and agents.
WTA, in its capacity as travel agent, makes arrangements with suppliers who provide travel services such as air travel, cruises, hotels, buses, sightseeing, car rentals and other activities included in your booking (collectively, the "Independent Suppliers"). The services arranged for by WTA are subject to the conditions applicable thereto as imposed by the Independent Suppliers, and their liability may be limited by their tariffs, conditions of carriage and international conventions and arrangements. WTA does not own, manage, operate or control any vehicle, hotel, resort, cruise ship, restaurant, or other supplier of services, and is not responsible for their acts or omissions. WTA does not guarantee any Independent Suppliers' rates, bookings, reservations, connections, scheduling or protection of personal belongings. Furthermore, WTA assumes no responsibility for overbooking, cancellation or delays related to the Independent Suppliers. Some of the Web Site content that refers to transportation, hotel accommodations, restaurants and other services is the property of, and is supplied by, the Independent Suppliers. WTA does not verify and does not guarantee the accuracy of the information that we receive from the Independent Suppliers and makes no warranty as such. All information, prices and availability are subject to change.

Errors and Omissions

Furthermore, WTA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any orders or reservations containing any error, inaccuracy or omission, whether or not the order or reservation has been submitted, confirmed and/or your credit card has been charged. If your credit card has been charged for the purchase and your order or reservation is canceled due to an error, inaccuracy or omission, WTA shall instruct the Product Suppliers to promptly issue a credit to the original form of payment for the amount of such charge.
Prices and Taxes
WTA charges applicable sales, federal and provincial tax, service fees and surcharges for purchases made on the Web Site, unless clearly stated otherwise. All prices listed on the Web Site are in U.S. dollars and all charges will be processed in U.S. dollars.
All reservations and prices listed on the Web Site are subject to availability and confirmation, and such confirmation will not be made until you have completed your the booking process. Should the actual price differ from the price listed, WTA will notify you by e-mail within hours of making the purchase. If such notification is sent to you, the sale will be terminated unless you promptly reply by e-mail with confirmation of your intention to make the purchase at the current price.

WTA's Privacy & Security Policy is incorporated herein by reference, and you agree to the terms and provisions therein.
Comments and Feedback
The Web Site enables you to provide us with comments and feedback. Governing Law and Arbitration
The Terms & Conditions as well as the use of this Web Site, including any order, reservation or purchase made through this Web Site, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Missouri and federal United States laws as applicable therein.
Any claim or dispute (including, without limitation, any unresolved claims concerning any services booked through this Web Site and claims made directly by you or by anyone connected to you or claiming through you) relating to or arising from your use of this Web Site or the purchase of products or services through this Web Site, must be decided by one arbitrator, to the exclusion of the Courts. The arbitration shall be governed by the National Arbitration and Mediation Rules of the ADR or its successors or a replacement administrator. You may not commence any legal proceeding against WTA unless you have submitted a notice as set out above. Under no circumstances shall WTA be liable to you for an amount in excess of one hundred ($100) dollars.
